Our GUIDING PRINCIPLES

  1. Safety First – First and foremost if we cannot do a job safely we will not do the job. Anyone/everyone can stop work and is expected to do so. Our goal is zero incidents. Report near misses (if you see something-say something.) Safety is our top priority and it will never be compromised under any circumstance. This is the responsibility of every employee.

  2. Communication/Details/Focus – We depend upon knowledge, experience and information from many sources in order to be successful. Speak up and ask questions. Assume nothing. Team effectiveness requires the commitment of every employee.

  3. Quality/Compliance in All We Do – 100% Compliance under OSHA, DOT, RCRA – We are in a heavily regulated industry and we must strive to comply with all applicable regulatory standards. Do it right or don’t do it at all. Our commitment to quality sets us apart from our competitors. Workmanship, customer satisfaction, appearance, behavior, preparation and communication are all measurable. Successful companies hold each other to high standards in all that they do. The last 5 minutes of a job are the most lasting in the customer’s memory. Housekeeping, is critical not just on the job site but with our vehicles and large and small equipment as well.

  4. Honest Transactions/Integrity – Be it with customers, vendors, regulators or with one another, we will act with integrity. One never needs permission to do what is right.

  5. Ownership Mentality – Take pride in your job. Great service companies are made up of great people. If you think, act and perform like an owner, you will be treated accordingly.

  6. Continuous Improvement – No matter how good we were today there is always room for improvement! We are all professionals. Never be complacent. New ideas will make us more efficient, safer and add value for our customers and each of us as we gain experience in our industry. As such, we will grow in our knowledge and capabilities each day. That is a shared commitment between the Company and every employee.

  7. Fair Exchange of Value/ Respect – Both parties in every relationship must benefit equally in order for that relationship to be healthy. Go that extra mile to build great relationships with your colleagues, customers and vendors. Add value to those relationships through mutual respect and new ideas and expect value in return.

  8. Teamwork – In order to achieve our goals and make these Guiding Principles a reality each and every day, we must work together as a TEAM. WE must look out for one another, teach one another, be considerate of one another and most importantly – respect one another. Our behavior towards one another on a job site is the best reflection of the type of company Global Remediation is – a truly great one.

  9. Success – In order to be successful as a company, we all must follow the Guiding Principles. We must plan well, pay attention to details and all aspects of health and safety, communicate effectively and avoid re-work.
